The changes in my organisational skills were the most noticeable.

Before the Program I was known for being forgetful, often late as a result, as well as lacking punctuality when it came to deadlines. After Zing, this completely changed, my organisational skills were the most noticeable and the improvement was often mentioned to me. I no longer struggled to fit work in between training sessions, matches and other things in life.

I first noticed the benefits in my sport after around 2 months; seemingly overnight, I went from struggling with certain trickier skills in hockey to being able to perform them comfortably and consistently. From this point on, I found it became far easier to learn new skills in sport, as well as being able to easily manage and stay on top of a busy timetable and training.
